WRIGHT, Judge. Suit for divorce was filed by appellant, Geanie L. Body, in the Circuit Court of Etowah County, In Equity. As a part of the
bill of complaint, it was alleged that the parties jointly owned with right of survivorship, certain real property, including
the homeplace and certain lots, improved and unimproved. Appellant sued for a divorce on the ground of cruelty and prayed
that the court would grant her a divorce and award to her the interest of appellee in all the real property, reasonable alimony
and attorney fees.
